City Of Ghosts come with slow, rock riff, if everyone ever said Western Swing, I Called This Tropical Swing, Very super effective if combine with a weed. Now This is my favorite track of all, Suar Marabahaya, Subsonic Teenage Dream Machine, And Brokenhard Rock. These three songs really can’t keep me off my seat, all of the sudden you would’be already hanging in a fucking coconut tree dangling your ass like a fucking tarzan. The Rock, The Hardcore, The Stoner Atmospheric Combined perfectly, Alas the results were really unfuckable! .The Vocals are too Impossible to be fuck with. The Amplifier really knocks down a fucking tree. the lead vocals are really in too it. good soundtrack for a bank heist, a gun fight, or bare hand fight, either way it’s awesome, not to be missed with. While (We Are) The Sons Of The Sun Deals With Hard Rock, Stoner Riffage. Take It Slow And Then Make your earholes Blow. having a sun bathe in a dessert. although we are not really in it were are just implying it. Now The Track That really deals with judgement day and heavy raw power, the pure hard rock fury power, Sangkakala Apokalips is the thing you need. Sudden Eargasm it a caution to those who seek trouble. The Vocals in this track really goes out, darkness clutches the world, people is like seeking refuge to live. yeah much more like apocalyptic disaster. More the less recommended for Doomsday Soundtrack. The Last Track Macho , Where ((AUMAN)) Covers Vetty Vera Song, This song goes for bad ass villain, who can’t be fucked with only raw power, you need strength and agility to do this kinda thing. I am my self as a fan of subterranean music cult is very pleased. A positive response from many social media is another plus score to this expanding. There’s a lot of band whose being under the flag of the Subterreanean music cult, such As, Ghaust, ((AUMAN)), Matiasu, SURI, Sigmun, Oath, DauD, Vrosk, SSSLOTHHH, Wasted Boys Project, Thunder Sanchez,Heast, Raksasa, Komunal, Seringai, Jelaga, and many more. Subterranean Music Cult is identified with Heavy riffs, Strange Sound, Voice, Atmospherical, and really takes you to another place. This just maybe the start of something new… shit now I just sounded like one of those Disney films. But nevermind that, Now I wanna talk about what is this Subterranean genre? What is this? somekind of shit of people used to do? well apparently yes. Subterranean music genre is a root of different sounds, atmospherical, strangely makes you wants more, Heavy, Fast, Slow. A really mixed genre with another. makes you remember the old saying “Double The Fun”. Well sometimes mate, Subterranean genre takes that kinda Of Motto the place. They rarely took many genre as they can that are linked, and then boom! all you know is already made. Many of the Indonesia Subterranean Genre is already being reviewed by guys outside Indonesia, And the result is a Positive Response. First of all, I am very glad to see some subterranean music underground cult is emerging gracefully and very accepted in many musical acts. Very nice to see these kinda guys having Live shows. Making themselves a social attention to many musical acts. By the way, This is “SSSLOTHHH” a post metal act kinda like, who Just released their EP Titled “Infinite Fracture” from the title, I kinda reckon this is gotta some natural heavy shit. Which is in many people refers to, An Highly anticipated musical act from Subterranean music cult. So, we begin, Untuk band baru rilis seperti kami wajib banget kayanya untuk ngasih introduksi yang berawal dari nama. SSSLOTHHH sendiri awalnya bernama Sloth, dan kalau kamu mikir artinya kukang, yes you’re right. Awalnya pemilihan nama ini sesuai karakteristik kami yang cenderung lazy dan laid back banget, lalu oke kami tambahkan triple S dan triple H untuk nambah Gimmick, yea right!

Tak kenal maka tak sayang ya nggak sih, yang bikin telinga kalian pengang sama musik kami ini terdiri dari Dinar (Drum), Boinx (Bass), dan Dede (Guitar/Vocal), kami semua dari Bandung, hanya saja kesibukan masing-masing yang bikin Bandung kerasa luas banget dan bikin waktu ketemu jadi terbatas. Ini mungkin jadi salah satu kesulitan kami untuk segera merilis mini album.

Kita sendiri berdiri tahun 2010 awal, melancong dari satu gig ke gig lainnya, cari musik yang cocok, dua tahun bareng, hampir tiga tahun, kebanyakan ngegodok materi untuk nemuin jatidiri. Berkelana dari stoner, mirip-mirip Down, Om, High on Fire, sampai akhirnya nemuin kecocokan dengan referensi seperti Cult of Luna, Neurosis dan band-band serupa lainnya, yang kalau mesti disebut sih Atmospheric Sludge Metal, dicampur-campur sama hard rock, post rock, hardcore punk, dan post metal. Meski setelah kelar dan kami dengarkan, the so-called atmospheric sound ternyata jauh lebih intense dari yang kami prediksikan, and also, you will find that our lyrics mainly talk about Sun, Earth, Life, Human Kind, and all beautiful things

Kenyamanan dalam bermain musik bersama itu membawa kami ke satu gig ke gig lainnya, tidak hanya di Bandung, tapi juga di Jakarta. Memperluas networking, bertemu teman-teman yang begitu baik, dan itu yang menjadi trigger untuk kami akhirnya bisa sepakat untuk mulai memasukkan materi yang kami miliki ke dalam extended play yang bertajuk Infinite Fracture ini. Adalah kawan-kawan dari Work Hard Mosh Hard Records, dan Grieve Records Jakarta lah di awal 2011 yang menawarkan bantuan sama kami untuk merilis EP kami ini dalam bentuk kaset. Meski cukup sulit untuk mengurus penggandaan kaset, merchandising, kaos dan lain-lain. Setelah gotong royong bekerja keras lintas kota, dan memakan waktu setahun lebih, akhirnya di akhir tahun 2012 ini rilis EP kami, sekali lagi berjudul “Infinite Fracture” bisa dilakukan. Oya, berkat bantuan dari teman-teman juga, untuk mendukung release EP kami, kami juga mengeluarkan merchandise berupa baju, dengan tiga design dari tiga tangan ilustrator yang berbeda. Kamhn(Kamni) - A.T.O.M(2011): ‘Atmospherical Trip From Moscow’ This is yet another solid offering by this upcoming band. A combination of dirty, fuzzed out riffage & trippy oriental vibes. “Kamni(Kamhn)” don’t get really mixed up with The words, it’s really confusing, and I Hate Confusing Stuff. The title of the album really makes you feel like you’re out of Space. A.T.O.M stands for (Atmospheric Tribal Oriental Meditation). Formed by Pavel (guitars, vocal) and Ruslan (drums) in early 2010. Joined in April by bassist Andres (Lord of Doubts, Cosmonaut’s Day), they started making heavy stoner metal with a psychedelic edge For the Album here’s the Tracklist : Shiva THC Lysegic General Collapse A.T.O.M The Album begins with a very Instrumental India/Hinduism atmosphere ‘Shiva THC’. feels like you’re starting a very spiritual meditation. Comes along the Beat, flows right into you’re head. A blues kinda like rhythm, calmness draws you near into a spiritual flight to a wide range of space atmosphere where you glide your wings. in the middle of the song, The Stoner/Pyschedelia adventure begins. Very very intruiging I must say my friend. Kamni(kahmn) Live in Ikra (Moscow) 9.12.10 The 2nd track ‘Lysergic General’ Start off with a noise breathing heavily like after running for miles along the coast. And Then Bam! The Slow Heavy Riffing of an Stoner Band comes along, just like always. Keeping it uptight but not very tight, I Recommend this track for you “High” Users. if you know what I Mean. It’s like a Heavy Trippin trip right into the head. The 3rd Track ‘Collapse’ Maybe you need to loosen up, make your mind go up slow, high, you don’t want any thing in your mind. Just making your self calm. Slow, Heavy Swing, And Pyschedelia Noise Indeed. Making Your eyes sealed shut for no reason. The Next track 4th ‘A.T.O.M’ it’s like a distant voice, saying hinduism stuff, very atmospherical. and really scary, Somewhat it Similar Like to OM - Advaitic Songs. The Album begins with a very Instrumental India/Hinduism atmosphere ‘Shiva THC’. feels like you’re starting a very spiritual meditation. Comes along the Beat, flows right into you’re head. A blues kinda like rhythm, calmness draws you near into a spiritual flight to a wide range of space atmosphere where you glide your wings. in the middle of the song, The Stoner/Pyschedelia adventure begins. Very very intruiging I must say my friend.

The 2nd track ‘Lysergic General’ Start off with a noise breathing heavily like after running for miles along the coast. And Then Bam! The Slow Heavy Riffing of an Stoner Band comes along, just like always. Keeping it uptight but not very tight, I Recommend this track for you “High” Users. if you know what I Mean. It’s like a Heavy Trippin trip right into the head. The 3rd Track ‘Collapse’ Maybe you need to loosen up, make your mind go up slow, high, you don’t want any thing in your mind. Just making your self calm. Slow, Heavy Swing, And Pyschedelia Noise Indeed. Making Your eyes sealed shut for no reason. The Next track 4th ‘A.T.O.M’ it’s like a distant voice, saying hinduism stuff, very atmospherical. and really scary, Somewhat it Similar Like to OM - Advaitic Songs. Continuing with India/Hindu Ritual like that. Atmospherical I Must say. Oriental kinda like shit.

Atmosphere Ready To Engaged”

First Of All As A Fan Of Post Metal, I Find This Band Intruigingly Interesting. First Time I Heard It, Knocked My Eyes Shut Open. Gaze Upon And Heavy Influenced By A Scratch Of Russian Circles, And Some Bands Like Mouth Of The Architect With Their Album “The Violence Beneath”. To Be Honest Bands Like This Is Maybe Seemed So Simple. No. It Ain’t. Based On What I Heard  “SSSLOTHHH” Is A Heavy Beatdown Post Metal Sound. Which Is Pretty Awesome. One Of The Track That I Find Interesting Is “Set The Arms Down(Undone)” And “Cloak”.

One Of The Most Interesting Part Is, The Guys Which Is Based On 3 Bad Ass Personnel A.K.A Dinar (Drum), Dede (Gitar/Vokal), And Boing (Bass) Are Planning To Release A Mini Album. Called “Infinite Fracture” Which Is Going To Be Released On Cassete By WHMH Records. For My Opinion This EP Is Gonna Be Freaking Sick Right In The Nuts. And It’s Freaking Dangerous.Check This Out Here’s The Teaser.

1. FIRST OF ALL SALUTATIONS TO SSSLOTHHH, BEFORE WE CONTINUE, WE WOULD LIKE TO ASK THE MEANING BEHIND THE LONG NAME? FROM WHAT WE FOUND THE NAME REFER TO AN ANIMAL CALLED “SLOTH”, IS THIS TRUE?

Yes, The True Meaning Of “Sloth” We Refer To Lemurs And Why We Took The Name Because We Were Dealing With a Concept That Was Originally Inspired By Doom/Sludge But with Time And Reference The Music We Grew, We Decided To Change The Concept Of music And Writing “Sloth” Into “SSSLOTHHH”, And To Prove That It Was To Be Prove As Our Characteristic.

2. WHY DO YOU GUYS CHOOSE “ATMOSPHERIC/SLUDGE” AS YOUR GENRE? IS IT BECAUSE OF A FRIEND? OR “SSSLOTHHH” BACK IN THE DAYS WEREN’T EMBRACING THIS GENRE?

We Chose It Because Of, The Many Inputs Of Genre References And Musical Concepts From Each Personnel That Leads To That “ATMOSPHERIC/SLUDGE” Genre.

3. WHAT IS THE AVERAGE MUSIC REFERENCES OF “SSSLOTHHH” AND LEANING WHERE? IS IT ONLY TO SLUDGE OR TO PYSCHEDELIC, PROG, OR MAYBE POST METAL?

Our Music References Are More Into Hardcore Punk, Sludge, And Post-Metal, But The Essence Of Post Rock Genre And Black Metal Genre Are Still On Our Cultivation.

4. ANY PERSONNEL CHANGES IN “SSSLOTHHH” BACK IN THE DAYS?

From The Beginning Of “SSSLOTHHH” There Is No Formation Changes And Personnel Changes.

5. ANY PLANS FOR HAVING A SPLIT ALBUM? LOCAL BANDS OR OUTER BANDS?

There Is No Plan For Having An Split Album, If There Is? Why Not?

Dinar(Drum) Is Still On College And Other Band Projects, Syahroni(Bass) Is Working On An Advertising Company, Vinsensius(Guitar/Vocals) Just Finishing His Specialist Studies And Looking For A Job.

7. WHAT DIFFICULTIES THAT “SSSLOTHHH” ENCOUNTER DURING A LIVE SHOW?

We Don’t Have Our Own Sound Engineer When Were On Live Shows, In Our Opinion Sound Engineer Is The Key To Be Playing Good While On Stage.

Orange Cliff Records is a small record label founded in 2012. First took off as a single person’s D.I.Y. idea, and currently being run by five youngins. Hoping to be able to take part in the development of Indonesian music scene, we took the traditional vinyl records as our starting point, focusing on the collectability value and novelty aspects. We strive to display, not only in audible materials context, exceptional taste in music and visuals while maintaining generality without binding ourselves to one genre.

“Suri / Sigmun / Jelaga” is a three-way split album, and also our debut project scheduled to be released in September 29th 2012. Suri, Sigmun, and Jelaga are emerging rock bands hauling from Jakarta and Bandung known for their ethereal sounds and compositions. The split album is pressed on12” (twelve-inch) heavyweight 180gr black vinyl format, and only available in 100 copies, numbered by hand to maintain the D.I.Y. spirit. The cover artwork was made exclusively for the split album by Morrg, of RajaSinga and Månstråle, whom widely known for his work with Komunal, Seringai, Ghaust, etc.. Basicly As Start It’s Really Heavy In The Intro. Sounds Like Blasting Throught The Earphone For Some Reason. This Continue About Fifty Seconds And The Guitar Riffs Coming In Very Sharply Enginenized, And Then Come Along The Heavy Blasting Headbanging Riff, Overall Phil Anselmo Vocals In Here Are Little Bit Different But Still Sounds Like What He Used To Be. Pretty Awesome .

02 Witchtripper :

In This Second Track Is Really Fucking Catchy And Yet So Fucking Heavy Indeed. Having Those Specialized Vocals By Anselmo Is Really Fucking Good. The Bass Sound In This Song Is Really Fucking Raw, Yet The Guitar Sounds Is Furious, Heavy, And Fast. Still The Same Old Pepper Keennan Shreddin Style. 3 Minutes Of Heaviness That Lies In The Head.


03 Open Coffins :

Opening With Anselmo Voice. Same As Always Drum Patterns Are Little Bit Slowin Down. And The Guitar Still Joining Along With The Drum Patterns, But In This Song Their Getting A Lot Of Heavy Beats, But In The Middle Comes Of The Real Shit. It’s Really Fucking Heavy. The Drum And The Guitar Getting Collapsed , Faster, Heavier. Following With Anselmo Vocals. Just Very Interesting Thing To Heard.

04 The Curse Is A Lie :

I Dunno , But Somehow The Guitar Riffs In This Song Is Attached To Doomriders In The Intro. But Anyway. In This Track The Guys Are Getting Slow. And Heavy Follows, Some Guitar Parts Shows Blues Shreddin Time But In The End , Heavy Stoner Riffs Just Comes Anyway Closing The Entry.  In The Middle The Song Just Go Erupted.


05 This Work Is Timeless

Hard Heavy Stoner Beat In The Intro, Follows About 2 Times Comes Up With Phil Anselmo Sounds in. In This Song Somehow It’s Kinda Familiar With Down : Over The Under Album, “3 Suns 1 Star”. But Still It’s Fresh New And Very Good. In The Middle The Song Goes Slow And Comes In With Solo Guitars And Continue With Weird Sounds. And Then Comes Back With The Hard Heavy Stoner Riff Like In The Intro.

06 Misfortune Teller

Goes Fast, Got Slow. Same Like What Anselmo Says. Some Stoner Riffs In The Intro Intruigingly Fast And Then In The Middle Get Slow. And Heavy. 9 Minutes Of Down Guitar Riffs. It’s Like You’ve Dreaded The Graveyard Of The Dead. Very Heavy Fast. Very Heavy Slow. It Has Both Of It , And It Always Will Be. Nicely Done By Down.

The Indenpendent Label Which Specialize In Many Types Of Different Music Genre Such As Sludge, Doom , Experimental, Blackmetal, Post-Rock, Noise,Etc. Itself Was A Very Succesfull Records Back In 2000s. Build In The 1993 By Aaron While He Was Still In High School. Here Is The Imminent Demise Of “Hydra Head Records” : Hydra Head Records has never been a smooth-running operation. We’ve spent the majority of our existence excitedly scrambling from one thing to the next, taking on more than we could ever possibly hope to achieve, and never quite finding solid footing in the midst of our self-induced whirlwind of chaos. Though not every second of doing this label has been enjoyable, it has been a very rewarding and meaningful project for me, and I hope for many of the other lives to which it has been directly connected. The fact that it has lasted close to two decades at this point is astonishing, and much has changed during that time - the lives of those directly involved with running the label, the bands and artists we’ve worked with, and the nature of the music industry itself. Though many of these changes have been positive, or at least illuminating, the impact of our history and current industry circumstances are culminating into a slow and somewhat painful death for the label. It certainly isn’t an entirely unforeseen event, but we didn’t think it would come quite so abruptly, or (perhaps naively) ever.The decision to pull the plug has not been an easy one, and in some ways is a not a choice at all. The simple fact of the matter is we’ve been running on empty for a while now and cannot afford to keep our doors open for much longer. Years of imbalance between creative ideals and financial realities, personal problems amongst the label operators, an unwillingness to compromise our aesthetic standards, a tendency towards releasing challenging (i.e. unmarketable) artists, and the steady decline of the music industry in general, are amongst the chief reasons for our inability to continue. It is a harsh but undeniable reality, and one which we are attempting to confront with as much integrity and grace as is afforded by the circumstances.For the short term we will continue to operate as we have been, effecting our first step into shutdown this December, at which point we are cutting off new releases from the label. Thereafter, we will be remain operational only in the interest of maintaining our back catalog, with the ultimate aim of repaying our rather sizable debts. Grim though this prospect is, in the midst of it all I still feel an extreme gratitude for everything that has happened and for all the wonderful people with which we’ve been involved over the years. We’ve been lucky enough to work with some of the most unique and provocative artists of the last two decades, many of which have made indelible impressions in the underground, and by extension the larger world of music in general. We’ve also been fortunate to have had the support of a small but loyal following, who’ve constituted the very essence of our life force. We would like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude and love to each and every person who contributed to making this label what it is - all the artists who entrusted us as the custodians of their work, all the people that bought or listened to our releases, and all the people who performed the various label duties at various offices (and houses) across the continent. …and this brings us to the present moment, where in all honesty we are in need of financial assistance from anyone and everyone who’s willing to throw us a rope. Though it is highly unlikely we’ll be able to resuscitate the label, we do wish to follow through on the final round of releases to which we’re committed and pay off our debts to our artists and manufacturers. In order to do this we are initiating a massive sell-off of everything we can dig up and produce for the next 6-12 months. This will include discounted bundles of CDs/LPs/posters/etc, represses of certain titles for which we still have parts, test pressings, and whatever worthwhile items we can pull together.
